Returns Policy

At Native Spirit Landscape Supplies we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. 

If the product needs to be returned, it must be free of marks and defects to obtain a credit note or exchange. Cash refunds are not provided, only credit notes or exchanges. 

For all shipping returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if Native Spirit Landscape Supplies was not at fault. 

All returns must be notified within 48 hours of customer receiving goods to qualify for an exchange or credit note.
